About this role
About the Role
As a Sales Negotiator for Knight Frank Retail & Leisure Agency, you’ll help drive successful property sales by turning leads into signed contracts—supporting clients through pricing, viewings, and negotiation in the real estate market. You will work closely with colleagues across the retail and leisure property team, reporting into the sales leadership structure at the agency.
What You’ll Do
You will manage an assigned pipeline of retail and leisure property opportunities, progressing each matter from first contact to agreed terms.
You will conduct market-facing activities including preparing for viewings, coordinating schedules, and gathering buyer feedback to shape negotiation strategy.
You will negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring discussions are clear, commercially focused, and aligned with agreed pricing guidance.
You will build and maintain accurate records of buyer interactions, offer status, and key deal milestones in line with agency processes.
You will liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., colleagues supporting marketing, valuations/insight, and deal administration) to ensure strong handoffs between stages.
You will qualify buyer intent and readiness, identify decision-makers, and advise buyers on next steps to maintain momentum.
You will support the preparation of sales documentation for agreed terms, coordinating with relevant parties to reduce delays to exchange where applicable.

Proven knowledge of the UK property sales process, including handling leads, managing viewings, and moving deals forward to agreement.

Experience working in a target-driven environment, managing a live pipeline while maintaining high-quality client communication.
Working proficiency with CRM and sales admin processes, demonstrated through consistent and structured recordkeeping in past roles.
Clear professional communication and a client-focused approach, tailored to buyers and sellers throughout the process.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in retail and/or leisure property transactions, including familiarity with buyer profiles common to these sectors.
Additional exposure to larger-scale negotiations or complex deal structures requiring careful stakeholder management.
